The following terms and conditions govern the Rise Direct text messaging program:

  1. Program description. When opted in, you will receive account notification and order update text messages from Rise Direct, including order confirmations, shipment and delivery notifications, account onboarding and verification status updates, and important account and service notices.
  2. Cancellation. You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting STOP to the number your messages come from. After you send STOP, we will send you a final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up again on this page.
  3. Help. If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program, reply HELP for assistance, or email us at info@risedirect.com.
  4. Carrier liability. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  5. Fees. Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and from you to us. Message frequency varies based on your account activity. If you have questions about your text plan or data plan, contact your wireless provider.
